issue beginning with the URL to the Ramsey Forum being posted on PLA’s main
homepage causing a million little PLA wannabe’s to go over there and start
trouble. This issue is more or less where the posts left off in the previous
issue.

Why can't you believe that there is more that one
person on the face of the earth that is repulsed by
some of the posts and posters in this forum?
A better question....
If you care so much about JBR (and if you're really
31373 I already know that you don't), why are you so
concerned with who is who here? If you're like most of
these people, (and I will admit that even the freaks
care about JBR to SOME extent), it would be irrelavant
to you if there were 40 or only one of us. Make your
concerns worthwhile.

It's a mIRC script, and it basically just adds a few
new features to mIRC, if you dont have mIRC and want
it, you can get it at http://www.mirc.co.uk/

I have not posted here since yesterday when I said I
would wait and see what the PAL was going to do. The
PAL thugs have posted under my name several times, but
I'm sure after reading their web page, everyone knows
the truth now.
Since they have not stopped their harrassment, I felt I
should let everyone know the status of the information
finding mission on RBCP. Details are starting to emerge
about this person. He is an adult, 25 years old, who
spent almost all of his time from 1991 until last year,
traveling around the country with no money, scamming
Macdonalds for free cheeseburgers. He had no PC and no
access to a PC for all those years. He met someone that
was into hacking/phreaking who had just started a
hacking group called Phone Losers of America (catchy
name, huh). RBCP latched on to this person and learned
a few phreaking tricks from him, and discovered the
world of BBSes. RBCP has had a PC for 2 years, and now
thinks he is Kevin Mitnick. In fact, he mentions his
admiration for Kevin in almost everything he writes. He
is clearly a Mitnick wannabe. Kevin was a hacker who
mainly played with the phone system in California
before being arrested several times and is now doing
hard time in prison. RBCP has even taken on the
personality of Mitnick. Kevin was always a jerk. He
wanted to be elite, but just never could quite hack it.
(pun) Kevin has always been the laughing boy of the
hacker world because of his attitude. You couldn't even
talk to the boy without wanting to slap him because of
his smartass attitude. That's why even his hacker
friends couldn't stand him and turned him in several
times.
So RBCP found his mission in life. To be like Kevin. So
he learned to phreak and trade at&t and sprint codes.
He even took on the smartass attitude, and that's
exactly why some of his friends are giving out
information about him now. They can't stand him any
more than we can. RBCP has dedicated his life to this
misson of hacking/phreaking/online harrassment, to the
point that his family suffers for it. He lives in a run
down place in the low rent district. It is furnished
with junk and throwaway crap. Check the pictures on his
page: http://www.bright.net/~bac - check the way his
daughter is dressed. Check the 1980's model 286 PC
clone probably upgraded to pentium motherboard, old
yellow keyboard, ratty table and chair, 1960's model
hoover upright vacuum, and the decorating from Goodwill
store. He is fairly intelligent, and could have a
decent job, but he works in convienience stores and
jumps from job to job because of his hacker lifestyle
which he says is "Way Cool". This isn't news to some of
us since we've read most of what RBCP has written, and
he has written almost everything he has ever done on a
PC or phone in his online zine. The PAL web site has
moved 7 times to new ISP's and now resides on
kracked.com because they used up all the decent
providers long ago.
Thanks to those kind BNF people who made phone calls.
They did help, and will continue to help as more people
complain. RBCP says that bright.net loves him because
of the new accounts he brings them, and says he has
5000 hits a day on his bright.net web page. 5000 people
visit that page to look the pictures of him, colleen,
and their child (yeah right!). That's about all there
is to see there besides his diary. It's an interesting
read, and the guy has some talent as a writer. Too bad
he can't use it to better himself and his family
instead of hurting people.

One last statement, then I'm going back to my regular
hat again. I firmly believe in freedom of information.
I have no problem with groups like PAL giving out
information on the phone company. They can hack and
phreak till the cows come home and it doesn't bother
me. I played with it myself back in my BBS days. I'm
from a different generation, when Bill Gates was
whining about people copying his BASIC code for the
Altair computer. My generation of hackers were friendly
helpful people who only hacked corporations and messed
with the phone company. RBCP's generation of hackers
are malicious, hurtful bullies who take pride in
terrorizing people. They actually bragged about making
a lady cry on IRC. That's what is fun to them.
We have done everything we can to fight them. We have
complained to their ISP's. We completely trashed their
discussion forum - they can't even post to it anymore.
This has made them plenty mad, as you can tell by
RBCP's posts here in the last 2 days. He is using my
handle, posting propoganda, but everyone knows his BS
now. If you read his web page, and the PAL page, they
all become very predictable. They have been through
this before. In fact, they have so many people after
them that they are paranoid and can't tell who is
kicking their asses and who isn't. It could be any
number of people who they have terrorized for the past
2 years.
They are very angry with me because I TELL THE TRUTH.
And I back it up with PROOF.
RBCP is going down, no matter what. He could appologize
to everyone personally, and start being a great guy,
but that doesn't change the laws he broke, the good
people he terrorized, and innocent people he continues
to attack with his forumterror page.
I don't want any more trouble here, but I can't be
silent when they post garbage under my handle. Please
continue to complain to bright.net and kracked.com,
until they stop this crap here, and on IRC.

The funniest thing is that you, Linda, take his page
for the gospel. You have to realize, he's appealing to
his followers on his pages. My guess is 50% of the page
is pure fabrication.
Next to The Jerky Boys, rbcp is the most recognizable
and reknowned prank phone caller in the United States.
He has chapter groups in almost all 50 states. His T
shirts, cassete tapes, and soon to be CDs are a
successful product.
You will not stop him.

I really think whoever said that this is all the same
person doing this is right. We come to this forum
because we want to “play detective”, maybe find a new
clue or discover a revealing post. 31373 seems to be
playing his detective drama out on another subject now
: The organization known as the PAL. I’ve never
bothered visiting their page, and I haven’t called
anyones domain to get their private information,
because when I want to do some detective work, I’m not
going to bother learning about a bunch of teenagers in
Ohio or wherever they really are from. My efforts are
going into the JonBenet investigation, and if there are
those of you who are more concerned about PAL than
JonBenet, can’t you PLEASE make your own page to list
your thoughts and comments on the PAL? Those of us who
are interested in all the effort you’ve put into this
can go there if that’s what we would like to do, and we
can keep this forum’s topic about that poor sweetie

Once again, for those BNF people who don’t realise what
is going on here, go look at the PLA ZINE issue 45
where the PLA describes their attack on the Boulder
News Forum, and why it started. It started in April,
and I had nothing to do with it. I had never even heard
of the PLA or RBCP until 2 weeks ago. Keep in mind that
there are several groups from the internet trying to
stop this group from terrorizing them, not just me.

Click on the icon on the bottom row that is a pic of a
newspaper and says: READ on it. Then click on READ 045,
and scroll down to the heading that says: RAMSEY FORUM
FUN - LOGIC BOX. He mentions the people who started
trashing the BNF: logic box, RBCP, Colleen Card (rbcp’s
wife), and Tannest. I’m sure the old regulars here
remember Tannest.
Read it for yourself, and send those logs to bright.net
They WILL come after you and your family too if they
find out who you are. That’s what they do. Trace people
from the internet and make harrassing phone calls to
them and their children. Then they sell the recordings
of the conversations to their wannabe followers. They
sell tapes and tee shirts at conventions like DEFCON
and HOHOCON. Look for the PLA table.
I can’t wait for defcon 6. We will finally get to talk
about this face to face.

If 31373 hadn’t attempted to retaliate against us so
childishly, you can sure bet that this wouldn’t have
gotten as out of hand as it had. As soon as 31373 shuts
her “I think I’m a private investigator” typing fingers
up, I guarantee that the only posts I will be making
here will be about nutty ol’ Jameson. He was really the
only one I came here to bother, as he’s\she’s (depends
who’s holding the snakes) obviously a nutcase. I’d like
to apologize to all the other forum posters (with the
exception of 31373, cuz she matches his insanity quite
nicely) for screwing around with your boards. My
apology is in no way derived from 31373’s
“investigation” of RBCP; she had nothing to do with
anything except getting more PLA’ers to come post here.
I had a very nice chat with a couple of ladies from
this forum last night, and they were very honest,
inspiring and thoughtful individuals. It brought to
light for me that the majority of you are only here to
gain knowledge and express opinions. It’s a pity that
you all had to suffer for their idiocity, but such is
life.

I’m tired of the PLA posts as most of us who have
discussed this are. I had a long talk with one of the
regular forum posters last night, and we agree that
people like 31373 are just making it worse for us here.
I’m sure a lot of you agree. If he could just knock it
off, they wouldn’t have anything to respond to here
anymore would they? Grow up. If you’re really the adult
you claim to be, show them how adults handle situations
like this. IGNORE THEM! They are being very quiet, but
I doubt that will last long when you keep provoking
them! Just shut up and play this stupid game somewhere
else.
[This was actually GlueGirl, as quite a few of the never-before
heard of names are. Her intention seemed to have worked
wonderfully. All over the boards that day were posts telling

[This is good. The PLA is going to spend 15 years in jail for
spamming a forum - a forum that at the time was being spammed

the fact that PLA was never an organization or group of
any kind - it was just an electronic magazine, written
for fun and it was put to an end by myself only a few

Ok, I am the webmaster (site owner) for PLA…
I can understand the pleas for these people to quit
posting on your webboard, but I don’t see where
prosecution is going to help the situation, bring legal
action against what? a web site that has information
which can be found any where else on the net… This
will not hold up in any court, anywhere….
I can not control who posts on your webboard, but I
promise to keep the links to your webboard off PLA’s
site.

[Yes, that was really posted by Kracked Management who was/is the
host of the PLA site. Because of all the spam on the BNF, alot of
the BNF regulars decided to retaliate by going over to the PLA
site and spamming the hell out of their board which overloaded
the board's capacity and crashed it several times. Not to mention
calling Kracked and whining about the page content.
Rather than disable the posting option or leaving the board
crashed, RBCP altered the html on PLA's web board, redirecting
the CGI script over to the Ramsey board. This meant that when
someone posted spam on the PLA board, it didn't post to the
PLA board - it posted to the Ramsey board. ]

Kracked Management, thank you for your post and
information about removing the forum from your web
site.
We all have approaches to dealing with things that in
the heat of the moment look more exciting or
interesting than they really are, so it is good to see
your post, which seems to be heading us in the
direction of creating positive energy on both groups
parts.
I personally have known of your group for awhile now
and must say that some of the funniest posts here have
come from the “original group at the PLA”. I am only
guessing(as I don’t have magic glass as cannot see
through my screen like some others here seem to be able
to do:), but I thought that it was one of your people
who wrote about hijacking telephone trucks and that
post was funny, entertaining and highly creative.

with legal action, it’s not like he’s going to go to

And, Kracked.com has nothing to do with PLA, other than
the webspace they provide. It’s not even a group. The
“PLA” that you people know consists of
RedBoxChiliPepper, myself, and a few people off IRC
(actually, I haven’t even posted here for about 2
months). Plus, there’s countless other people who are
probably now spamming your board thanks to all the
publicity it’s received from us. So we aren’t
completely to blame for all this. Now realize the fact

Oh, you’re so amusing. I’m sorry you were only able to

[By this time, the spam was so out of hand that the Boulder Forum's
web master decided to try another security "feature" which was to
make it so you could only start one new thread per hour. This
actually worked out fairly well and cut down on alot of 31373's
spam. The PLA then seemed to concentrate on spamming the
actual threads already started (no limit on those). ]

We contacted a few old friends from cPc and TAP, and
nobody has ever heard of the famous RBCP and his phone
losers. Goldstein knows of the PAL, but says they are
one of the new breed of malicious punks who have ruined
hacking and phreaking for everyone. Hacking isn’t what
it used to be. Now we have these Mitnick wannabeez who
wouldn’t know how to build a tone generator if their
life depended on it. They play games and pretend to be
hacker-phreakers, but are really just lame actors
playing games and distributing outdated information.
Their life is on IRC now where they can convince kids
that they are high power hackers. Anyone with an IRC
script can play hacker nowdays. They wouldn’t know what
to do if they did happen to accidently hack root
somewhere. These are windoze kids. UNIX to them is
Linux and it runs on a Pentium. These aren’t hackers,
they are kids who learned how to find people on
WhoWhere and the Whitepages on the WWW and use it to
make prank phone calls. That is not hacking folks, that
is fun for the DriveBy generation. They talk like gang
bangers, but they are white kids. Hard, bold talk from
a 24 year old leader of 14 year old white kids.
The fight isn’t over. Your Wartally page isn’t worth
looking at. It mysteriously leaves out the trashing of
the PAL forum and the disruption of lives of the play
pretend hacker children and their lame attempt to get
revenge. 31373 says nobody from PAL has called, but
promises that if they don’t remove information about
innocent BNF posters from public web pages,
repercussions will be felt throughout their lives for
some time to come. RBCP was singled out because he is
an adult leader who influences children to harrass
people they don’t even know, just because ole RedBox
says to. He is being delt with as we speak.
The word is out. PAL is dogsh*t in the u.g. - They give
everyone a bad name. RBCP wants to be famous like
Kevin. He just might get some enjoyment out of what is
to come. He is getting ready to learn that you don’t
post my information on a public web page without my
permission. He isn’t the only person on earth who can
play on the phone. There were people doing it before he
was born.
Red boxes have been obsolete for some time now, just as
RBCP is about to become. Used up old information that
is worthless to anyone who knows what a buttset is. No
more warnings for RB. Just action. No more garbage
posts by 31373. It served it’s purpose. There will be 1
more post from me, and then nobody will see my posts
here again.

of hackers (phreakers technically) that were mostly
punks and jerks. That is where your attitude comes
from. Originally the term hacker was not a derogatory
thing. Somewhere in the late 80’s or early 90’s, the
ethic changed. It was hyped and commercialized by the
movies War Games, Hackers, and Sneakers. 5 million kids
logged on to aol as zer0k00l the day after seeing
Hackers.
Those kids are now in groups like the Phone Losers.
It’s a fantasy now. And it’s not even a nice fantasy.
It’s a bad dream. It’s Natural Born Killers in digital
form. It’s fear and pain and everything negative. It’s
pushing an old lady down the stairs, just for something
to do, and laughing as she suffers. It doesn’t
accomplish a thing. It’s humanity taking one large step

about the PLA and the only way to do so is to research
movies and articles related to the only things she
thinks she knows about the PLA, namely HACKING. She
went down to her local Blockbuster or the Canadian
equivlant and did a search for movies that pertain to
hacking, and these are the three that came up first on
the list. I would not be surprised if she took notes
while she watched them. Possibly even purchased them to
watch again and again.

Hot on the trail of RBCP for the 7th day I have found out who
this loser of the week really is and he sure is a great catch.
He goes by RBCP or [NOTE--this person pays very close attention to
detail, wouldn't you say?] redhotchilipepper and is the founder of the
PLA or Phone Losers of America but his real name is Bill Cook.
He lives in Albany Oregon with his beloved Colleen and
daughter Emily.
In 1993 he was arrested for stealing over $4,000 in cash from
a 7-11 in Wood River, Illinois. A warrant was issued for his
arrest but he was never located. He has lived in Texas,
Illinois, Indiana and Oregon.
Willie wonkers I sure hope the FBI doesn’t land on this boy’s
doorstep. Better pack them bags again boy.
Now is this good enough for you RBCP?

My kids do, however.
Cats are great. You can go on a trip and leave food, water,

You know, I worry about the older one. There are usually only
4 or so in the group. And some of them are pretty young, maybe
11 or 12. They may be fairly normal kids, bored for the
summer. They’ll be ok.
But there is usually an older one, no friends his/her own age,
that leads the younger ones. This person really craves love
and respect, and is trying to find it with the young kids. At
the same time, becasue of the awkwardness of the teen years,
he/she is pushing away the parents who could give him/her the
needed love and security.
And sometimes even the younger ones are a little contemptuous.
They DO have friends their own age, afterall. They know that
the older one is really not all that “cool”. They drift away
over time.
Anyway, I love you, sweetie. I see all the awkwardness and
confusion and onliness. Hang on. You’ll be ok, dearie.

Actually RB is living a casual lifestyle with colleen in new
mexico where they have sold their baby to buy more and more
phone equipment and lots of guns and ammo, and there going to

Hey, where’d you get THAT information?? It’s not on his page.
Don’t tell us you’ve been doing some actual detective work
here. It seems that if this RBCP really gave a shit in the
first place about what you’re doing, he would have removed
both of his pages in a panic. Instead, I see the PLA page has
changed it’s domain to www.phonelosers.org and that both pages
have been updated, not to censor information that he’s afraid
of putting online - but it actually looks like there’s more
there. Just my 2 cents.

rbcp’s page is still there. i just checked it. it’s at
www.bright.net/~bac/rbcp.htm but i can’t connect to his
computer. that probably just means he’s not online, though.
[For ~days~ at this point, they've been extremely curious
as to why they can't connect to RBCP's computer. I guess
someone told them to read his page contextually and
notice the "this only works when I'm online" statement.]

reference to “kracked.com” in their old address:
http://pla.kracked.com. Now it will be harder for anyone to
