Phonelosers.org has existed since 1997. There are days worth of original reading material on our site and even more days of sound and video files to listen to and watch. We usually receive at least 5,000 page views per day which translates to at least 150,000 page views per month. Our site is ocasionally featured on popular sites like Fark, collegehumor.com and many others which usually results in 25,000 or more page views per day. See our statistics for more information on how many hits we get. We’re ready to sell out and cash in our our popularity by offering advertising on our site.
Advertising on phonelosers.org will not only get your site noticed by more people but it will get your site noticed by search engines such as Google. As you may already know, Google gives all web pages a rank from 1 to 10. Phonelosers.org is currently (January 2007) at a page rank of 5. Having your web site listed on a high ranking web site can increase the ranking of your own site. This means that you get better exposure in the search engines and therefore more visitors.
Static Text Link Ads
- Text link ads appear somewhere in the sidebar of all our advertising pages. (Currently over 150 different pages) Click here to see the list.
- Text link ads do NOT rotate. This means that your text link is always on the indicated pages, 24 hours a day.
- After your text link expires, it will be moved permenantely to the list of ex-advertisers below. (Unless you don’t want it to be)
- Your text ad cannot exceed 5 words. The entire text ad cannot exceed 50 total characters, giving you an average of 10 letters per word.
- We will not run any ads for any adult, gambling or Rx sites.
- We can choose not to run your ad just because we don’t like you and/or your site. Of course we won’t charge you if we don’t run your ad.
- Payments can be made by PayPal and sent to rbcp@phonelosers.org. You can also mail a payment by check or money order.

Rotating Text Link Ads
- Text link ads appear somewhere in the sidebar of all our advertising pages. (Currently over 150 different pages) Click here to see the list.
- These text link ads DO rotate. They rotate at a 5:1 ratio. This means that, on average, every 5th time a page is loaded, your ad will be shown. With your text link on 150 different pages, this means your ad is shown on 30 different pages at any given time.

Graphical Ads
- Graphical ads will appear in the sidebars on most pages on phonelosers.org.
- Graphical ads DO rotate. This means that your graphical ad will only be shown every few times the page is loaded. Not every single time.
- Graphical ads must have a width of 160 pixels and a height of 75 pixels. Their file size cannot be over 100kb.
- Normally we expect you to come up with your own graphic and send it to us. However if we’re in a good mood, we will make one for you.
- We will not run any ads for any adult, gambling or Rx sites.
- We can choose not to run your ad just because we don’t like you and/or your site. Of course we won’t charge you if we don’t run your ad.
